ROS AGRO PLC announces that the member of the Board of Directors has bought
the Company's GDRs

 

Timur Lipatov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of
Rusagro Group of Companies, has bought  160 419 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC in June
2024. As a result of this transaction, his stake in the Company reached 0,119%
(excluding treasury shares). Overall, Timur Lipatov holds now 160 419 GDRs of
ROS AGRO PLC (0,119%  in GDR equivalent).
