Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, has bought 104,090 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC in May. His current stake in ROS AGRO PLC is 7.46% (excluding treasury shares).
