Ross Group Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of the Company's auditors, CBW Carter Backer Winter, 66 Prescot Street, London E1 8NN on Friday 30th October 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the Notice of AGM will today be posted to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies are also available to download and view at www.nevilleregistrars.co.uk/rossgroup
