July 31 (Reuters) - Rothschild & Co SCA  ROTH.PA :
    * CONCORDIA ANNOUNCES TODAY THE CONCLUSION OF CALL AND PUT
OPTIONS
AND UNDERTAKINGS TO TRANSFER ROTHSCHILD & CO SHARES TO
ROTHSCHILD & CO PARTNERS.
    * CONCORDIA/ROTHSCHILD DEAL: NUMBER OF REMAINING SHARES TO
BE
ACQUIRED IN THE OFFER REPRESENTS 19.1% OF SHARE CAPITAL AND
15.1% OF THE VOTING RIGHTS OF ROTHSCHILD & CO.
    * As previously announced, the simplified tender offer for
Rothschild & Co shares, which has been open since 24 July 2023,
will close on 8 September 2023
    * Last month, Rothschild - the Paris-listed investment bank
being
taken private by its owners - said it expected net income to
more than halve this year due to a sharp fall in dealmaking.
