Feb 14 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    MICHELIN  MICP.PA :
    French tyre maker Michelin reported on Monday a 2022 profit
at EUR 2.01 BLN, in line with analysts' expectations in a
company-provided poll, the company also announcing it expects a
lower profit for 2023.
    M6 TELEVISION  MMTP.PA :
    French broadcaster M6 reported on Monday an EBITDA for FY
down at EUR 336.2 million and announced a dividend of EUR 1.00
per share.
    ROTHSCHILD & CO  ROTH.PA :
    Rothschild & Co published on Monday a net income for 2022
down at EUR 606 million, and in a separate press release, said
Concordia confirmed its intention to file a simplified tender
offer.
