Re: Appointment of Rothschild & Co as financial adviser

Aurum (Cayman) Limited ("Aurum" or the "Company") would like to announce that
it has appointed Rothschild & Co as its financial adviser to support the
Company in exploring debt and equity options for the purpose of repayment of
the existing U.S.$135,000,000 Secured 10.50 per cent. amortising Certificates
due 2024 (the "Certificates") issued by TFG Sukuk I Limited over a longer
