results for the year ending 31 December 2022, which includes notice of the
Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").
The Company's AGM will be held at 1.00pm BST on Monday, 12 June 2023 at the
offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU,
United Kingdom.
