Total Voting Rights
As a result of the C Share Conversion which came into effect on 11 May 2022
there were 24 new Ordinary Shares ("New Shares") arising from the aggregation
of fractional entitlements using the Conversion Ratio. Application has been
made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be admitted to trading
on the Specialist Fund Segment ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission
will become effective and that unconditional dealings in these shares will
commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 May 2022. Once admitted, the New Shares will be
sold in the market for the benefit of the Company and its Shareholders.
Immediately following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue
will be 407,621,300 with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be
407,621,300.
The above figures may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
