Audrey brings to the Board extensive knowledge of regulatory, governance and investment management processes and products. Audrey worked at Aberdeen Asset Management plc, starting as Head of Internal Audit (EMEA) and becoming Global Head of Business Risk and responsible for the group's risk management framework and internal capital adequacy assessment. Currently, Audrey is non-executive director of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc. In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed.
