Upon taking on the role of Chairman, Trevor's core objective was to obtain a listing on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange for the Company. In helping to secure this, Trevor believes it is an opportune time to step aside and hand over his role. The Company is therefore pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Naylor, as Chairman of the Board and as non-executive director with immediate effect. Robert has over 25 years' experience in capital markets and investment trusts. A qualified chartered accountant, having started his career with Ernst & Young in 1996, Robert has held various positions within JP Morgan Asset Management Limited, Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited and Cenkos Securities plc. Rob is currently Chief Executive Officer of Intuitive Investments Group plc, an AIM quoted investment company, providing investors with exposure to a portfolio concentrating on fast growing life sciences businesses. Additionally, Robert is non-executive director of Light Science Technologies plc, an AIM quoted controlled environment agriculture company. In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed. The Company is also pleased to announce that Audrey McNair has been appointed as chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
