The Company has elected, under the provisions of UK Statutory Instrument 2009/2034, to designate all of the dividend for the 3 month period to 30 June 2022 as an interest distribution to its shareholders. The dividend will be paid gross on Friday, 16 September 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares of record on Friday, 9 September 2022. The ex-dividend date is Thursday, 8 September 2022. The Company continues to anticipate paying to holders of Ordinary Shares an annualised dividend of 4.5 per cent. by reference to the Company's initial Issue Price of USD1.00 for the financial period to 31 December 2022.
