("RHM" or the "Company")
Potential Migration of Listing Segment
The Company is currently admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of
the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE"). The Board is pleased to announce its
intention to apply to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") for
admission of the Company's shares to a premium listing on the Official List
and to the LSE for trading of the Company's shares on the Premium Segment of
the Main Market of the LSE. As the Company grows, the Board believes that RHM
will benefit over time from such a migration to listing on the Official List
as it is anticipated that this will broaden its appeal to a wider range of
shareholders. The Company also intends to introduce an additional market quote
for the shares on the London Stock Exchange denominated in Sterling. Any
migration would be subject to the Company meeting the relevant eligibility
criteria and approval by the FCA. The Company will provide an update in due
course.
