New Investment in Aktis Oncology

RTW Biotech Opportunities Ltd (the "Company"), a London Stock Exchange-listed
investment company focused on identifying transformative assets with high
growth potential across the life sciences sector, is pleased to note a new
investment in Aktis Oncology ("Aktis").

The Company, alongside other investment vehicles managed by RTW Investments,
LP (the "Investment Manager"), co-led Aktis's Series B round, raising $175
million in an oversubscribed and upsized financing to further advance its
proprietary radiopharmaceutical pipeline. The funding will be used to further
advance the company's differentiated radiopharmaceuticals pipeline, including
its first-in-class Nectin-4-targeted miniprotein radioconjugate.

 

Aktis is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the discovery and
development of novel targeted alpha radiopharmaceuticals to treat a broad
range of solid tumours.
