~33.7% to 10 cents premarket
** Co says it is reorganizing some of its U.S operating
units through prepackaged bankruptcy cases
** Says the reorganization will help with debt reduction and
allow the units to further invest in co's eye drop Upneeq
** Up to last close, shares down 86% YTD
