Senior Independent Director Appointment

 

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre"), one of the UK's leading
private motor insurance underwriters, is pleased to announce that Bryan Joseph
has been appointed as the Company's Senior Independent Director following an
external search and subsequent approval by the PRA. Bryan has been on the
Board as a Non-executive Director since June 2023 and will continue to chair
the Company's Risk Committee.

 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R, it is confirmed there are no other
