Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility or Connected Persons

 

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), announces that it was
notified on 25 September 2023 that Bryan Joseph, Non-executive Director
purchased 35 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at
an average price of 152.40 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction") on 25
September 2023. The Transaction was funded through the reinvestment of the
2023 interim dividend proceeds that Mr Joseph received in respect of his
shareholding in the Company.

 

Following the transaction, Mr Joseph confirms that he holds 6,105 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.002 percent of the Company's issued
share capital.
