Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading
private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 22
October 2024 that Adam Westwood, Chief Financial Officer purchased 7,834
Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average
price of 127.64 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 October 2024.

 

Following the transaction, Adam Westwood confirm that he and his wife hold
725,562 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.29 percent of the
Company's issued share capital.
