Remuneration Committee Chair Appointment

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Sabre Insurance Group plc (the
"Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance
underwriters, announces that Karen Geary, who joined the Board as a
Non-executive Director in December 2020, has been appointed Chair of the
Remuneration Committee (the "Committee") on an interim basis, with effect from
23 November 2023.

 

Rebecca Shelley, previously Chair of the Committee, is stepping down following
her appointment as acting Chair of the Company (as announced on 20 November
2023), however will remain as a member of the Committee.
