Feb 2 (Reuters) - Sadovaya Group SA  SGRE.WA : 
     
    * Said on Saturday that it could not pay its financial 
obligations to Interaudit SARL 
    * The whole outstanding debt was transferred to 
NV Atradius Credit Insurance, a debt collector service      
    * Judicial proceedings were opened, the company received a 
notification concerning the possibility of transfer of the 
judicial proceedings to the bankruptcy court
