Appointment of Administrators to Subsidiaries

 

On 27 October 2023, Safestyle announced that it intended to appoint
administrators to its subsidiaries H.P.A.S Limited ("HPAS"), Style Group
Holdings Limited ("SGH") and Style Group UK Limited ("SGUK").

 

Today, 30 October 2023, the directors of HPAS, SGH and SGUK have appointed
Richard John Harrison of Interpath Ltd, 10th Floor, One Marsden Street,
Manchester, M2 1HW and William James Wright of Interpath Ltd, 9th Floor, 10
Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB as administrators to HPAS, SGH and SGUK
respectively. Any enquiries regarding HPAS, SGH or SGUK or their
administration should be directed to Richard Harrison and William Wright. The
