Lifting of Suspension

 

 

Saietta Group plc (AIM: SED), the multi-national business which designs,
engineers and manufactures complete electric drivetrain (eDrive) solutions for
electric vehicles, announces that its Report and Accounts for the year ended
31 March 2023 have now been uploaded to its website and can be accessed at
www.saietta.com/ (http://www.saietta.com/) .

 

The Company has now requested the restoration of trading in the Company's
securities on AIM, which is expected to take place at 12.30pm today.

 

A printed version of the Company's Report and Accounts will be posted to
shareholders in the coming days together with a circular convening a general
meeting at which the Report and Accounts will be laid before shareholders. A
further announcement will be made confirming the posting of the Report and
Accounts and the circular and confirming the time, date and location of the
general meeting.
