Notice of AGM

 

Saietta Group plc (AIM: SED), the AIM-listed multi-national business which
designs, engineers and manufactures complete electric drivetrain (eDrive)
systems for electric vehicles, announces that the Company's 2023 annual
general meeting is to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday 26(th) September at the
offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

 

A copy of the notice convening the annual general meeting, which will be sent
to shareholders today, is available at the Company's website at
www.saietta.com (http://www.saietta.com) .

 

The Company expects to publish its 2023 annual report and accounts for the 12
months ended 31 March 2023 later this month and will convene a separate
meeting at that time to receive the report and accounts and to approve the
reappointment of the Company's auditors.
