Notice of General Meeting

 

Saietta Group plc (AIM: SED), the AIM-listed multi-national business which
designs, engineers and manufactures complete electric drivetrain (eDrive)
systems for electric vehicles, announces that it has convened a general
meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 17 November 2023 at the offices of
Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT to consider
resolutions to receive the report and accounts for the financial period ended
31 March 2023 and the reappointment of the Company's auditors.
