Update re Suspension to Trading

 

 

Saietta Group plc (AIM: SED), the multi-national business which designs,
engineers and manufactures complete electric drivetrain (eDrive) solutions for
electric vehicles, is pleased to have today announced its audited financial
results for year ended 31 March 2023.

 

The Company expects to upload its full Report and Accounts for year ended 31
March 2023 onto its website later today.

 

Once the Company's full Report and Accounts have been uploaded, the Company
will then request the restoration of trading in the Company's securities on
AIM.
