    * Says top shareholder is changed to Dongbu Life Insurance 
and other one affiliate from Namwoo Tourism and other nine 
affiliates  
    * Says Dongbu Life Insurance and other one affiliate are 
holding 11.7 percent stake(1.1 million shares) in the company
