San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focused on Nigeria, is pleased to announce the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect.
 
The Company is also pleased to announce that, pursuant to the acquisition of Whitman Howard Limited by Panmure Gordon & Co ("Panmure Gordon"), it has appointed Panmure Gordon as its Joint Broker with immediate effect.
