Holding in Company

San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration
company focussed on Nigeria, was informed on 27 July 2022 that funds managed
by Toscafund Asset Management LLP held 328,458,936 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 73.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
