company focused on Nigeria is pleased to confirm that further to the Company's
announcement concerning the "Publication of Admission Document &
Restoration

" on 8 July 2022, the Company's Admission Document (which contains the notice
of EGM) along with the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended
