Publication of Admission Document

Notice of AGM and EGM

and

Expected restoration of trading in the Company's shares on AIM

 

San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration
company focused on Nigeria, is pleased to announce that, further to the
Company's announcement earlier today in relation to the Proposed Transactions,
the Company's Admission Document (which contains the notice of EGM) is now
available to download from the Company's website at:
https://www.sanleonenergy.com/ (https://www.sanleonenergy.com/) . The
Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and
notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which is to be held on 5 August 2022
at 11.00 a.m. at the Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland, are
also available to download from the Company's website.  All documents will be
posted to shareholders in the coming days and a further announcement will be
made when they have been posted.

 

Following the publication of the Company's Admission Document on the Company's
website, restoration of trading in the Company's Existing Ordinary Shares on
AIM is expected to become effective at 7.30 a.m. on Monday, 11 July 2022.

 

As previously announced, the Admission Document provides information on the
Proposed Transactions and includes notice of the EGM to seek shareholder
approval of the Proposed Transactions and certain other resolutions.

 

The EGM is convened for 5 August 2022 at 11.30 a.m. at the Herbert Park Hotel,
Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.  The EGM will take place following the
conclusion of the AGM.

 

Unless otherwise defined herein, the capitalised defined terms used in this
announcement have the same meaning as those used in the announcement earlier
today in relation to the Proposed Transactions.
