** Earlier in the session, stock fell as much as 16.2% to A$0.645, lowest level since March 2021

** Engineering and construction co cuts FY25 revenue guidance to A$206 mln ($136.29 mln)-A$216 mln from A$210 mln-A$225mln

** Lowers full-year adjusted EBITDA forecast to A$9 mln-A$10 mln from A$14 mln-A$16 mln

** Co attributes change to recent flood events, weather disruptions, and delays in anticipated project awards
** Trading volume at about 304,068 shares vs 30-day avg of 50,329 shares
** Stock down nearly 31.7% YTD, including session's losses
