    ** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 2
    ** The engineering and construction company says finalised
contract over Caymus project in Western Australia involving
construction of 11 jet fuel storage tanks with Crowley Australia
    ** Says A$8 mln of contract performance bonds returned
    ** Stock down 16.4% YTD, as of last close
