Australia's Saunders International hits 1-month high on strong FY results

** Shares of Saunders International  SND.AX  rise as much as
1.9% to A$1.1, highest since July 31
    ** Construction co reports FY net profit attributable of
A$9.49 mln ($6.14 mln), up 44.9% from last year
    ** Co reports a 54.6% increase in FY revenue from ordinary
activities 
    ** Co declares a final dividend of 1 Australian cent per
share 
    ** SND down 4.4% YTD, as of last close
