    * Allegation has been reviewed by Price Water House Coopers 
Llp and found to be untrue. 
    * Zhang's affidavit alleged that SBI offshore's CEO and 
executive director contravened company's policy on business 
travel 
    * Board noted that there were no adverse findings against 
Chan 
    * Board had also stated in letter that there were no adverse 
findings against Chan Lai Thong 
    * Refers to article dated 24 oct 2016 by edge singapore 
entitled "sbi offshore affirms confidence in solar project amid 
allegations from detractors".
