Dec 1 (Reuters) - SBI Offshore Ltd  SBIO.SI : 
 * Says update on the disposal of entire 35% equity interest in associate 
 * The company, the purchaser, the assignee and npt have entered into a novation agreement on 1 December 
 * Hua hanshou requested and co agreed that rights and obligations of purchaser under agreement be transferred to jiangyin wanjia yacht 
 * Npt has agreed to extend the guarantee in favour of the company amounting to US$500,000
