sale 
    * Schaltbau - on level of separate financial accounts of 
Schaltbau Holding AG, changes in valuation will lead to 
impairments of around EUR 35 mill 
    * Impacts from intended divestiture of Schaltbau Sepsa on 
other 
operating group cos are limited 
    * Schaltbau group expects a positive development for Q4 of 
2017 
and for 2018 
    * Publication of group quarterly statement as at September 
30, 
2017 will now take place on November 21, 2017
