Second interim dividend

for the year ending 31 August 2026

 

The Directors of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc have declared a second
interim dividend of 3.25 pence per share for the year ending 31 August 2026
payable on 30 April 2026 to shareholders on the register as at close of
business on 7 April 2026.

Ex-dividend date: 2 April 2026

Record date: 7 April 2026

Payment date: 30 April 2026

Dividend per share: 3.25 pence

The Company's principal investment objectives are to provide real growth of
income, being growth of income in excess of the rate of inflation, and capital
growth as a consequence of the rising income. The Board continues to aim to
retain AIC dividend hero status achieved through 30 years of unbroken dividend
growth.
