Investment in other listed closed-ended investment fund

 

Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance
with UK Listing Rule 11.7.8, as at close of business on 31 December 2025 it
had a portfolio investment in 3i Group plc, a company which does not itself
have an investment policy that limits its investments in other listed
closed-ended investment funds to no more than 15% of its gross assets.
