Interim Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2025

The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc (the "Company") have declared
the payment of an interim dividend of 6.3 pence per share for the year ending
30 September 2025. This is an increase on the interim dividend for last year
(6.0 pence per share) and is comfortably covered by earnings per share for the
period and reflects the Board's confidence in the quality and resilience of
the underlying equity portfolio.

The details of the dividend payment are as follows:

 Dividend per share:  6.3 pence
 Ex-dividend date:    10 July 2025
 Record date:         11 July 2025
 Payment date:        8 August 2025

 

It is intended that a final dividend for the year ending 30 September 2025
will be proposed at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, as in previous
years.
