Andrew served on the Board for nine years, the majority of which were as the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Andrew's experienced oversight of financial and internal controls matters, as well as his commitment and dedication to the Company's success were invaluable to the Board during this time, and the Board wishes him well. Andrew will be succeeded as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee by Helen Galbraith, as Chair of the Remuneration Committee by Harry Morley, and as Senior Independent Director by Wendy Colquhoun.
