Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc (the "Company") announces that
as at Thursday 31 October 2024 its issued share capital consists of
819,360,026 ordinary shares of 1p each, the total number of shares in treasury
is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 819,360,026.

The above figure of 819,360,026 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
