maker SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Ltd  6600.HK  trade at
HK$18.06 per share in Hong Kong debut, down 3.9% from the IPO
price
    ** Stock last down 1.7% from their IPO price of HK$18.80
apiece; the fourth most actively traded shares by turnover in
early trade 
    ** Shanghai-based biopharmaceutical group sold 116 mln
shares in Hong Kong IPO, raising HK$2.18 bln ($281 mln) to fund
acquisitions, commercialization of products, expansion of sales

    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC 
edges down 0.1%
