SciPlay slumps as Scientific Games pulls takeover offer

** Game developer's shares  SCPL.O  down 18.3% at $12.64 in
extended trading 
    ** Scientific Games  SGMS.O  says it has withdrawn an
all-stock offer to acquire remaining 19% stake in SCPL
    ** SGMS says it will retain 81% stake and 98% voting
interest in SCPL
    ** In July, SGMS proposed to acquire a 19% stake in SCPL it
does not own at a price of 0.250 shares of SGMS per SCPL share
    ** Up to last close, SCPL had risen ~12% YTD
