    POLITICS
    An Italian court on Thursday acquitted former prime minister
Silvio Berlusconi of bribing a witness in a 2013 underage
prostitution case, giving a boost to the veteran politician
weeks after his return to parliament.
    ECONOMY
    Fitch rating agency scheduled review on sovereign debt
rating on Italy.
    Italy's economy ministry on Thursday reacted to media
reports of a possible tax amnesty on undeclared assets held
abroad in the upcoming 2023 budget, saying it rules out "any
amnesty of a criminal nature".
    DEBT
    Italy has raised a total of 12 billion euros ($12.40
billion) with its new BTP Italia inflation-linked bond due
November 2028 at the end of the four-day offering on Thursday,
the Treasury said in a statement.    
    COMPANIES
    TELECOM ITALIA  TLIT.MI  (TIM)
    A project to create a single unified broadband network is
still crucial for Italy's new right-wing government, although
discussions are underway on how to reach such a goal, Telecom
Italia CEO Pietro Labriola said on Thursday.
    ENEL  ENEI.MI  
    Italian utility Enel said on Thursday it would build a solar
photovoltaic (PV) cell and panel manufacturing facility in the
United States in an effort to support the creation of a
North-American supply chain.    
    BANCA MONTE DEI PASCHI DI SIENA  BMPS.MI 
    Allspring Global Investments funds held a 6.8% stake in the
state-owned bank as of Nov. 11, a filing of Italy's market
watchdog showed. 
    DIARY
    Rome, Industry Minister Adolfo Urso hosts meeting on efforts
to avoid a shutdown of the Lukoil  LKOH.MM  ISAB oil refinery in
Sicily, with representatives of the company, trade unions,
employers' association, local entities, Sicily region President
Renato Schifani.
    Bergamo, event "Festival Città Impresa 2022" starts; ends on
