Purchase of Own Securities

 

On 14/04/2025, the Company announces the purchase of 48,470 Ordinary Shares at
a price of 487.09p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

 

Following the transaction there will be 6,696,398 shares held in Treasury.

 

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are
