On 26/03/2024, the Company announces the purchase of 705,558 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 880.87p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

 

Following the transaction there will be 92,852,615 shares held in Treasury.

 

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are
