Management Fee Reduction and Removal of Performance Fee

The Board of the Company announces that, following a review of the Company's
fee arrangements, it has agreed revised terms with the Company's Alternative
Investment Fund Manager (the "AIFM"), First Sentier Investors (UK) Funds
Limited.

Management Fee Reduction

With effect from 1 March 2026, the Company's management fee will be reduced
and restructured as follows:

·      0.70% per annum on the lower of market capitalisation and net
assets up to £250 million; and

·      0.65% per annum on the lower of market capitalisation and net
assets above £250 million.

This replaces the current base management fee of 0.75% per annum of net
assets.

Removal of Performance Fee

As part of the revised arrangements, the performance fee has been removed in
its entirety. No performance fees will be charged after the effective date.

Rationale

The Board believes that the revised fee structure provides a more competitive
cost base for the Company, particularly by ensuring that the fee is calculated
on the lower of market capitalisation and net asset value. This change, in
conjunction with the Company's ongoing share buyback programme, is expected to
enhance the Company's investment proposition and reflects the Board's
continued focus on delivering value for shareholders.
