    ** Home security provider says it signed a partnership
agreement with Hyperion Partners LLC, a U.S.-based

    ** Says will develop and add a cellular-connected camera to
the Scout platform
    ** Adds Hyperion will market SCT's range of connected
cameras and DIY (do-it-yourself) home security kits to its telco
channels in the United States
