Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

The Board of SEIT is pleased to announce that at the Company's AGM held today,
all resolutions were duly passed by the Shareholders.

Resolutions 1 to 12 (inclusive) were proposed as ordinary resolutions and
resolutions 13 to 15 (inclusive) were proposed as special resolutions.

The results of the proxy votes received in relation to the resolutions were as
follows:
