The Company announces that Christopher (Chris) Knowles, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, has indicated his intention to retire from the Board and, accordingly, will not stand for re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 September 2026 (the "AGM"). Chris will remain in office until the conclusion of the AGM.
Tony Roper, Chair of the Company, commented: "Chris has made a significant contribution to the Board during his tenure, and the Company has benefitted greatly from his commercial experience, calm judgement and thoughtful counsel. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Chris for his valuable service to the Company and to wish him well for the future."
