Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMR")

 

In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR")
Article 19, the Company announces that it was notified on 28 June 2023 that
Chris Knowles, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased
20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 75.2376p each.
Additionally, Julia Caroline Knowles Tait, a Person Closely Associated to
Chris Knowles, has purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price
of 75.3643p each.
